Do you have a self care routine. Self-care is about taking care of yourself holistically. Don’t wait for others to do what you can do yourself. You are responsible and accountable for yourself (as an adult). Exercising self-control is the first step to reaching your self-care goals. Whether it be to lose weight, tone up, start exercising, getting more rest, or taking time for yourself, you owe it to yourself. It is how you show you love yourself and God for making you. 

Roman’s 12:1 KJV

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
