Have you taken a moment in this busy season to breathe and thank God for your present moment. There is so much going on. It is very important to make sure you are taking care of yourself, eating properly, and getting rest. Stress along with lack of sleep can begin to weaken your immune system. Many people tend to get sick over the holidays for this very reason. To help you relax you can sprinkle lavender essential oil in your bedtime bath water on shower floor. You can also put a few drops and add water to your diffuser. In the morning you can sprinkle some peppermint oil, Rosemary oil, orange oil, or Speariment. These oils help wake you and your senses up. Try and deep breath in the shower. It has a multitude of benefits that you will fall in love with.This may be the only time in your day you have to relax and be alone. Use it wisely.
