There is always so much going on in the New Year in the first few months. We trying to stay on track with our goals and continue to manage everything that comes at us. Before you burn out too soon check and see if you have a plan to reach your goals. If not, that is something that you need to address. It is never too late to start. Think it over, it is for your best.

There have been many times that I have burned out. It was from me not taking care of myself properly, not getting rid of negative energy as I should frequently as an empath, and not knowing my rights as an individual with a disability. I am learning and this will be a part of my lifelong journey to take care of myself and speak up for my rights.

  1. Thank you so much for this relatable little piece of work. I must admit that I have gone through some of this myself and have overwhelm myself with the amount of work that I need to complete in a certain amount of time. Neglecting my own health because I am more concerned with finishing the work. I have felt this before and I appreciate this article because it is so relatable
