Love yourself today, flaws and all. No matter what your fitness goals(or any other goals) are, you have to be happy where you are currently. Plan where you want to be next. Put yourself first. Treat yourself with gentleness and lots of self-love/care. Reaching your goals is a process. It takes time. Don,t beat yourself up for falling short of the mark. Mistakes will steer you in the right direction if you seek the right guidance and inspiration. You can achieve beyond what you set your mind on.
