Self Check-In

Do you know how to tell when you are feeling down in the dumps? You start to get that feeling where you begin putting things off that you know you need to do. You just want to stay in bed all day and rest. Now rest is a great thing and you may need a break to get some extra sleep to get back to yourself.

You may also feel that your energy is extremely low and your posture is slumped over or  slouched.

These times will always come and go. This is the time to give yourself extra love and tender care. It is time to be more disciplined and stick to the plan that you have set for yourself. If we stop and rest too long then all our goals and plans just may fall by the wayside. Before we know it, it is going to be a new year again. Stay focused, stay driven, Stay disciplined and take care of yourself first.
